Responsibilities
Assist the CIRO effectively communicate the company's financial performance, strategy, and outlook to the investment community, thereby supporting the company's overall goals and objectives.
Essential Functions
Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing materials for presentations, and managing correspondence with investors and analysts.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, such as quarterly earnings reports, to provide insights to the IR team and management.
Communication: Draft press releases, presentations, and other communications for distribution to investors and analysts.
Investor Outreach: Organize investor conferences, roadshows, and other events to promote the company to potential investors.
Shareholder Services: Respond to inquiries from shareholders and managing the company's shareholder database.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor performance, and regulatory developments to keep the IR team informed.
Compliance: Ensure that all communications and activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, such as SEC regulations in the United States.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and credibility in the financial community.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of investor contacts, share ownership, and other relevant information using investor relations software or databases.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on financial markets, investor relations best practices, and industry developments to continually improve your skills and contribute effectively to the team.
Ancillary Functions
Assures adherence to Bank policies and procedures and federal and state regulatory requirements.
Provides cross-functional support to other areas of the department and the Bank where service or assistance is needed.
Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.
Mandatory Training Curricula
Training is required of all Bank staff as related to regulatory mandated compliance topics and courses required for specific job functions.

Skills
Must be a recent graduate or actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Masters in Accounting.
Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
Physical Demands
