Secretary needed for an established construction company.
Work Hours: Monday through Friday-7 AM to 3:30 PM
As our secretary you will help the business operations run smoothly.
We are seeking someone that is personable and detail oriented.
The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and professional.
They know how to keep cool under pressure and have the ability to juggle different tasks.
Objectives:
-Perform clerical duties such as responding to calls, emails, and other request.

-Optimize business operations by overseeing office supplies, data entry, and other processes
