ENTRY LEVEL, FULL TIME BILINGUAL Administrative Assistant (Bronx)
Long established CONSTRUCTION company seeks addition to our office staff.
This position is NOT REMOTE.
Bilingual English and Spanish REQUIRED.

This is an entry-level position which would be good for a recent college graduate.
Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Responsible for administrative aspects of an office, including, answering telephones, responding to inquiries, assisting public and staff via phone and email as directed, ordering supplies and equipment, filing, clipping/printing, data entry.
• Provide support for the Office Manager and lead Bookkeeper.
• Overseeing filing and maintenance of file cabinets.
Qualifications:
• Fast learner, self-motivated and creative.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Personable, customer service-oriented, and a team player.
• Communicates effectively (verbally and in writing).
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Background in business administration are helpful, but not required.
