*Department: HR OPERATIONS*
*Duties:*
* Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
* Assist in entering and paying wage garnishments.
* Process property payroll transfer reports.
* Ensure accurate benefits deductions.
* Conduct audits for data integrity.
* Provide support for various accounting-related projects.
*Skills:*
* 7 years of experience required.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Proficient in content development software (Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360).
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications.
* Experience with WebEx and other collaborative tools.
* Project management skills.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
* 7 years of professional experience.
* 1 year of management experience in a relevant role.
* Knowledge of human resource management.
* Experience in designing training programs.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
*Schedule:*
* 08:00 AM EST - 04:30 PM EST
* 8 hours per day
* 40 hours per week
* 5 days per week
*Notes:*
* Not a temp-to-hire assignment; special project.
* Weekends/Holidays required during special projects as needed.
* Reports to the Payroll, Training & Process Improvement Lead.
