A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
As an Administrative Assistant with our human services nonprofit, you are responsible for the meticulous organization and management of confidential documents essential to the budget, operations, and personnel matters.
Your keen attention to detail ensures that these documents are safeguarded and easily accessible to authorized staff when needed.
In addition, you are the key point of contact for coordinating both internal and external correspondence, as well as meetings involving Board members, payers, professionals, and staff at all levels.
Furthermore, you provide invaluable support to your supervisor by assisting in completing various responsibilities related to their participation in outside organizations, funders, grants, and other relevant programs.
Your role is pivotal in helping to maintain strong relationships with external partners and ensuring compliance with any obligations related to these collaborations.

REQUIREMENTS
High school education
2+ years of business college is preferred
4+ years of directly related experience
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
