- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in a daycare or classroom setting
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster the development of social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills in children
- Teach literacy education, including reading, writing, and language skills
- Incorporate physical education activities to promote gross motor skills and overall health
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with special education requirements
- Utilize behavior management techniques to create a positive and productive learning environment
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support student learning and development

- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning activities
- Proficiency in math concepts and the ability to teach math skills to young learners
- Familiarity with early childhood education standards and curriculum frameworks
This position requires a passion for working with children, patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
A degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Experience working with diverse student populations is also beneficial.
