*Sales Support/Customer Service:*
We are seeking a Sales Support/Customer Service person interested in working with our team of inside/outside sales associates.

Our target audiences include Healthcare, Public Safety/Mission Control, Financial, Corporate, and Government.

*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, fax and email.
* Research, analyze and satisfy customer inquiries in a timely manner
* Ensuring all orders taken via phone, fax, and email are taken accurately, efficiently and courteously and processed in a timely and accurate manner, completing all necessary procedures and paperwork, noting any special instructions.
* Communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide accurate information to clients
* Serve as company's primary liaison with customers, answering questions and/or resolving problems via any communication (ie: email, telephone, fax, etc.
) as needed
* Communicate with warehouse personnel with any special Client requests or issues
* Answer emails quickly and professionally
* Continually build knowledge of products and services
* Work on special projects efficiently and timely, as needed REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS /

*Skills and Experience:*
· Two years of proven administrative support
· High school degree or equivalent
· Excellent and current MS Office skills; able to type 40+ WPM accurately
· Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Proficient with multifunction office equipment (copier, scanner, printer, *multi-line phone*, etc.
)
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
· Shows initiative
*Position Description, Minimum Duties and Expectations:*
· Provide office support to all the departments
· Answer multiple phone lines
· Track and manage purchases for the company
· Perform general clerical duties, including copying, scanning, sorting, filing, binding, etc.
· Assist with various tasks as assigned
