Other Remote | New York, NY About the job ** IDEALLY this role will be freelance to perm in 2024 ** Collaborate with the design team and leverage consumer insights to shape a product design vision, identify design opportunities and approaches that align with the company's strategic objectives and go-to-market plans, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment among team members.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will create, manage, and communicate product roadmaps encompassing short-term deliveries/releases and the long-term evolution of product design.
Establishes and maintains relationships with Business Owners, Product Managers, and Subject Matter Experts, both internal and external, in both business and technical domains.
This collaborative effort involves defining, analyzing, prioritizing, and refining business requirements into a practical backlog while managing expectations effectively.
Liaises with Product Management and other Product Owners to agree the scope, their contribution to and dependencies for every iteration and approach to delivery.
You will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the industry and use this knowledge to identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Confident in workflow tools, reporting, creating dashboards.
Ensure Business Analysts deliver clear and complete annotations & Product Briefs.
Partner with creative and development delivery teams to define and prioritize key features and functionality that maximize business value, as well as make sure work meets or exceeds our client's expectations.
Overall, tactically focused on delivery.
Work directly and indirectly with vendors and third parties to ensure execution of deliverables.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
8+ years as a Product Manager Critical thinker with an ability to own a solution from start to finish.
Demonstrated success leading a digital product vision, implementation strategy and tactical launch plan.
Experience leading the launch of a multi-year, global enterprise ecommerce platform.
Proven ability to influence a multi-disciplinary team comprising strategists, customer experience professionals, engineers, scrum masters, and data experts, without a formal reporting structure.
Experience planning and facilitating ideation and prioritization sessions across multiple client’s stakeholders and agency partners.
Has worked extensively using Agile project management tools and methodologies (SAFe certified a plus) Self-starter with the ability to drive solutions forward in a rapidly changing environment with many stakeholders.
Expertise and hands-on experience in the retail industry, coupled with a deep understanding of design best practices, technical proficiency, and a grasp of effective implementation methods Additional Information The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $54.
