*Job description:* Provide clinical supervision to Addictions Counselors and ensure competency in areas of treatment planning and the implementation of the plan.
Mentor Addiction Counselors in providing quality recovery services to clients suffering from Opioid Use Disorder.
Promote compliance of all local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation agencies.
Foster an attitude of compassion for clients suffering with substance use disorder and maintain professional standards of care.
Promote high standards of care and ethical treatment for all clients that enter the Opioid Treatment Program seeking services.
Montefiore Mount Vernon Methadone Clinic (Satellite) is a community-based OUD treatment program serving the community for the past thirty years.
We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic team of dedicated staff in providing patient centered treatment.

*Position Summary:* The clinical supervisor is an essential member of the SATP treatment team; provides clinical supervision to all addiction counselors and fills in for the clinic directors as needed.
Perform professional counseling and addiction medicine treatment in support of patients with an alcohol and substance abuse diagnosis.
The clinical supervisor coordinates all staff activities, prepares performance evaluations, ensures staff documentation are completed within the guidelines.
With this support system in place have enabled the program to function efficiently and achieve high standards during our audits.
*Monday- Friday 6AM-2PM (Clinic Hours 5:30AM-2PM)* *Education and Requirements:* * Valid NYS LCSW License * Masters Degree in Social Work * Prior experience working in an outpatient clinic * Experience working with patients with an alcohol and substance abuse diagnosis * Knowledgeable of OASAS and Joint Commission Regulations.
