*Job description:* Provide clinical supervision to MOUD (Medication Opiate Use Disorder) Counselors and ensure competency in areas of treatment planning and the implementation of the plan.
Mentor MOUD Counselors in providing quality recovery services to clients suffering from Opioid Use Disorder.
Promote compliance of all local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation agencies.
Foster an attitude of compassion for clients suffering with substance use disorder and maintain professional standards of care and promote high standards of care and ethical treatment for all clients that enter the MOUD Program seeking services.
Montefiore Mount Vernon Methadone Clinic (Satellite) is a community hospital based MOUD treatment program serving the community for the past 40 plus years.
We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our multi discipline team of medical, nursing, counseling, support staff in providing patient centered treatment.

Our clinic is within walking distance to public transportation, Metro North, and NYC subway *Position Summary:* The clinical supervisor is an essential member of the SATP multi discipline treatment team; provides clinical supervision to all MOUD counselors and fills in for the clinic director as needed.
Perform professional guidance and addiction medicine treatment support for counselors providing services for our patients with a substance use diagnosis.
The clinical supervisor coordinates all staff activities, prepares performance evaluations, ensures staff documentation are completed within the guidelines.
We have high standards to meet the expectations of the Joint Commission, SAMSHA and OASAS.
