Maianti in the development and implementation of Mena and Pyk2 inhibitor target-engagement screening assays including:
PROTAC-induced inhibition and Western blotting
HiBiT-tag reporter cell-line and LgBit nanoluciferase assay
NanoBRET protein-protein interaction assay.
Work with the IIPCR clinical coordinator, Dr.
Maria Brown, in preparation of patient blood samples for flow cytometry analysis (buffy coat prep).
In collaboration with CPP, work on further optimizing TMEM doorway staining to increase its compatibility with automated analysis.
