*Position title: *Director of Talent & Acquisition
*Summary: *The Talent Acquisition Director is responsible for ensuring the TA department is optimally leveraging the best resources to provide top talent to the organization; filling positions, sourcing viable candidates and assessing their suitability while providing the best candidate experience.
* Collaborate with the onboarding team
* Conduct intake meetings as needed with hiring managers regarding hiring/staffing needs
* Create and maintain SOPs and processes for the purpose of training new hires and cross training staff in Talent & Acquisition
* Ensure the recruiting team is optimally leveraging internal and external resources which includes our ATS system and job boards
* Track resumes coming in from internal recruitment
* Obtain and possess a full working knowledge of all open, or opening roles and stay current with potential and upcoming staffing needs across all departments
* Draft offers for new hires
* Conduct phone interviews for select positions and provide written feedback
* Create job descriptions; create and process job postings on Indeed, Handshake, LinkedIn and the intranet
* Manage and maintain online recruiting accounts, social media platforms and medical job boards.
* Set up and attend promotional job fairs and other hiring events across NYC to promote the business and bring in talent
* Work closely with the Senior Director for any hiring/ staffing needs, open and termed positions
* BA degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college
* Minimum of 5 years in a manager role with related experience
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
* Solid understanding with hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
* Previous healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
* Experience in iCIMS is a plus.
