Montefiore Behavioral Health Center provides comprehensive services for emotionally troubled individuals and integrated substance abuse treatment, while promoting the mental health of all community residents.

The Clinical Manager will be responsible for the supervision of social work staff and daily clinical needs of the Article 31 Outpatient Clinic, Glebe site.
Ensure that the clinical services are appropriate and consistent with the objectives of the program and regulatory agencies through supervision and project development.
Implement and oversee CQI activities and measurement of performance improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
• Clinical point person for Intake services at Glebe Ave collaboration with Clinical Manager regarding Intake Services
• Oversee CQI activities and performance improvement initiatives, oversee daily operations of the Unit, including management of the census
• Design and implementation of clinical initiatives
• Clinical and administrative supervision, including hiring, firing, progressive discipline
• Manage Unit census - Develop and maintain a referral network.
Knowledge of insurance reimbursement requirements
• Oversee daily operations of the Unit
• Participation in leadership meetings and departmental initiatives
• Design and implementation of clinical projects/services
Qualifications:
• New York State License in psychology or Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) required
• Must have Master’s degree
• 3 years supervisory experience preferred
• Spanish speaking preferred
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 9am -5:30pm
