Director-Adult Daycare Center

Looking to hire a site Director for an adult day care program for frail seniors.
The director will have overall day-to-day responsibility for all elements of program operations.
Participant assessments, care plans, staff scheduling, and supervision; food service, billing, general office management, etc.

Minimum Qualifications include a BA in Social Work.
Gerontology, Recreation or Related degree and Master’s degrees are preferred.
Must have at least three years of supervisory/management experience in senior services or related industries.
Looking for a caring and compassionate professional to work well with staff, families, and participants.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
Must be Spanish speaking.
The Site Director must be available to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and available on the weekends if needed.
