WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
Are you ready to take on the ultimate role of shaping young minds? As the Director of Educational Programs for our nonprofit, you will be the driving force behind creating an inclusive and enriching learning environment for children with disabilities and special needs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee every aspect of our educational program.
From speech/language therapy to occupational and physical therapies, you will ensure that our students receive the comprehensive care they need to thrive.
As the mastermind behind our preschool program, you will manage the daily operations, ensuring that we maintain adequate staff coverage and a healthy census.
You will also have the exciting responsibility of establishing and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
With your expertise, you will assist in the transition of children with disabilities and special needs into our preschool program, ensuring that they feel welcomed and supported every step of the way.

Master's degree in a relevant field
Certified in Infant/Child CPR, CPR, and First Aid
Three years of supervisory experience would be a plus!
