POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Process participant feedback reports for main study and ancillary studies Oversee study home visit protocol Screen study participants for home visits Assign home visit team using safety consideration Assist with participant informed consents(for English speaking participants) Assist with medical procedures (Lab, BPs, Anthro) Assist with clinical medical alerts Report medical alerts according to protocol Send emails to appropriate members of the study team Update local incident log Enter appropriate forms into CDART (i.

MAE, SAE forms) for appropriate reporting to CC and NIH according to protocol.
Assist with Exit interviews(can be done via translator for Spanish speaking participants) QUALIFICATIONS: License to Practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State is required Minimum Salary Range: USD $45.
