LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

*TITLE: *LPN *SUMMARY: *Functions under the direction of the RN to provide patient care which meets the physiological, safety, spiritual and psychosocial needs of the patients and their families.
Assists the professional and para-professional staff with wound dressings, treatments and documentation.
Assists professional and paraprofessional staff in meeting the needs of patients.
*QUALIFICATIONS:* Graduate of accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing.
Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse License/Registration.
Excellence in both written and spoken communication.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and staff.
Exhibits an ability and attitude relative to the spirit of caring and tradition at Calvary Hospital as required by specific job duties and functions.
