00/hour *Benefits* * Medical, Dental, and Vision * Take Home Truck * Family Medical Leave * Job Training * Paid Holidays and PTO * Overtime Available *Responsibilities* * Perform regular maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs on a diverse range of commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
* Conduct maintenance activities on various HVAC equipment, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, rooftop units, refrigerant systems, and other related components.
* Ensure the delivery of a high-quality customer experience by providing exceptional service and resolving customer concerns effectively.
* Assist in training and mentoring other Service Technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance and skill development.

* Prior experience in refrigeration is desired * Must pass a background screening * Experienced in the HVAC field with 6-10 years of relevant experience * Must be authorized to work in the US.
