Responsibilities: * Ensure that all employees are working and adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Manage employee schedule to ensure availability and coverage.
* Train employees on company policies and procedures.
* Maintain a high level of customer service.
* Manage employees' performance as employees work to achieve store sales objectives.
* Uphold safety standards.
* Anticipate customer needs in order to build relationships with customers.
