hi im rick i own my home in the bronx at 1700 east 172 street bronx ny 10472 i have a very large one bedrooom for rent i have my home in the bronx my home office is is in the next room where i stay at times i have a female living there but her job is relocatiing so she has to move today feb 23 2024 the room is available on feb 24 2024 rent is 750$ month and is paid on date you move in i preffered a mature clean female its a very large room for one or two person if you have a female friend to share with you its fine the rent would be 1400$ a month for two person im located at 1700 east 172 street bronx ny trains are 2 blocks away buses are one block away laundry and grocery is a block away private residential neighborhood free wifi i have a backyard and frontyard for leisure time there are securiity cameras around my home im rick show contact info any questions call me thanks
