The room is the 2nd largest in apartment.
Wood floors, fresh paint with full bed and dresser.
Please disregard the luggage I have stored in there.
It will be moved and cleaned out prior to renting.
As you can see from the picture it’s a great apartment and you have 2 great roommates.
1 female 1 male but we both work and our schedules differ greatly so we rarely see each other.
We share the kitchen and bathroom and you can use the living room, watch TV etc.
As you can see in the pictures your room has a door which leads out to the balcony facing the backyard.
It is NOT a separate entrance.
However, I do use it to go out to the balcony at times as well but of course not without your permission/presence.
Rent is $975 and utilities are included in the rent.
