About the job
Our Merkle Team is looking to add a Manager, Integrated Media Planning to their Remote Team.
Reporting to the Sr Manager, Integrated Media Planning, you will lead a team of media planners and overseeing the development of integrated media strategies for one or more clients.
Your role will manage campaigns and ensure their success based on an understanding of media channels and consumer behavior.
Working with our team you will support one of the country's leading grocery retailers.
Even in a remote environment we are collaborative, supportive and always looking for ways to add a plus 1 for our client and our team.
This role is remote with eastern time zone business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 1-2 media planners, providing mentorship and guidance.
Develop and present integrated media plans and strategies to clients.
Ensure campaign delivery, performance, and optimization.
Foster relationships with media partners.
Build daily client communications and contribute to overall agency relationship development.
Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
Accountable for all operational aspects of the media campaign process including trafficking, budget management, media actualization, and creative asset management.
Lead collaboration with teams to ensure campaign success.
Qualifications
3+ years of media planning experience.
2+ years' experience in team management in a large agency environment
3+ years' experience managing successful media campaigns.
Hands-on experience developing media plans and recommendations across the following channels: Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Native, Video, CTV/OTT) and traditional (TV, Print, OOH)
Experience in media planning tools and software (Comscore, Nielsen, Kantar, ad server trafficking, etc.
)
Experience working directly with clients.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000 - $126,500.
Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
