Experienced Handyman Needed for Ceiling Repainting (Bronx)

Hello! We're seeking an experienced handyman to assist with a project at a multi-family house in the Williambridge section of the Bronx, conveniently located near E Gunhill Rd & Bronxwood Ave.
The damage was caused by leaks in the upstairs apartment which have been repaired.
Tasks: * Ceiling Repainting: The job involves protecting furniture under the affected areas with covers, scraping, smoothing out, plastering, and painting three different areas on the ceiling of one apartment, spread across two different rooms.
A ladder will be necessary.
I'll provide the paint, but you'll need to bring your own tools (pan, brush, roller, etc.
).
Pictures are available for reference.
*Clean up after yourself when the work is complete.
Materials and Tools: There's a hardware store just 10 blocks away, and a Home Depot is only 2 miles away on E Gunhill Rd (a 6-minute drive).
I'll reimburse you for all materials purchased for the job, provided you supply a paper receipt.
Payment: Preferred payment methods are Zelle, paper check, or less preferably Cashapp upon satisfactory completion of the work.
You will NOT be paid in cash.
Requirements: Applicants must have their own tools and ladder.
